My name is Trevor Norman and I am a qualified TEFL coach specialising in practical communication for international business professionals. I have spent over 35 years in a corporate environment.

My approach is straightforward. First, we identify what's getting in the way of effective communication. Then we work on it.

And most importantly, we practise it in situations that reflect your real life and work. There is no point learning English that you never use. 

If you need to lead meetings, we'll practise meetings. If you need to present, we'll practise presenting.

If pronunciation is holding you back, we'll work on pronunciation. If you know the words but struggle to speak naturally, we'll work on fluency.
